All sales are final. Make sure your order is correct before placing it. We often start working on cables within hours of getting the order and once we start cutting things for your cable we cannot refund any part of your order.
All cables are tested before shipment. If your cable arrives and seems to not be working properly, we will ask you to return it to us for testing and potential replacement. Returns for a refund on functioning or non functioning cables will not be accepted due to the custom made-to-order nature of our mouse and USB cables.
